During this project, our duties included:
- Benchmark of Health-Care 3PL operations in Greece.
- A survey of the alternative charging methods of the various logistics providers.
- Proposal for the simplification of the 3PL’s pricing method, possibly by selecting other cost drivers, with a view to easier control the 3PL’s monthly charges.
- Preparation of tender documents (RFI, Questionnaire, RFP).
- Inclusion of all packaging materials in the 3PL’s charges.
- Consolidation of Consumables, Diagnostic Imaging Equipment and La-boratory Analytical Instruments in one storage facility.
- Adaptation of the 3PL’s back office services (Document Management and Archiving) to the actual needs of SCM Healthcare Greece.
